More Randy..

the gigs just keep rolling in – folks must be hearing all about Randy’s darn fool plans to move elsewhere and are hoping to milk him dry before that happens.

Anyway, Randy & Earl‘s Old Record Club will be in full country mode again this coming Sunday at Brixton Windmill. It’s another busy bill, headlined by Indiana’s proper country heartbreaker Austin Lucas. Support from Alan “Rockingbirds” Tyler & The Lost Sons Of Littlefield (Randy’s all time favourite Camden Hillbilly), The Henry Brothers – all murder ballads and gallows humour – and Danny “Champions of the World” Wilson. Don’t know anything about Kelly Kemp, Helen Chambers or El Morgan but they’ll probably be fine additions to a really strong line-up (Tim “looks a bit like Neil Young” Perry can always be trusted, unless he’s been drinking).

It’s a famous Windmill free BBQ day too, so get there when the doors open at 5pm to make sure you get some of Seamus’ special sauce.

Randy will be playing Waylon Jennings, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Charlie Rich and Miley Cyrus.
