Get Right With God – God Don’t Like It

Not a problem I shouldn’t think sisters. That photo puts me in mind of ladies day at Endorse It, some of y’all will see what I say. Last week brethren we touched upon the matter of Jesus turning water into wine at the wedding in Cana with regard to Sister Naomi Shelton singing in bars. Now just to set things straight and clear, this little sunday sermon we have here ain’t about preachin’ the bible or the word of the Lord, it’s just about a love for gospel music. We don’t pretend to be advising you on matters spiritual, although this music is pretty good for you on the whole, believer or non. Still, we come back in song to the advocation of teetotalism by many of the church. You know we ain’t going to see eye to eye on that. Jesus didn’t just turn a couple bottles into wine at Cana, it was great vats of it. It was his first miracle and made his disciples true believers. Like you wouldn’t be best mates with a guy could turn water to wine right? After that he went along, got righteous angry and threw the money lenders out of the temple. This is the kinda Jesus we can get behind frankly, you know those guys in the temple are the same assholes been screwin’ the world economy up and passing the hurt down to us poor folks. Anways I’m gettin’ all riled here. Ain’t the point. What we got is three takes on a great number about the perils of drink and how God don’t like it. It’s a fun song, don’t take it too serious now.
