Get Right With God – Were You There?

Hey there friends, it’s easter sunday, which is when we celebrate that time Jesus wore a bunny costume onstage with the Flaming Lips and gave out chocolate eggs. Least it is around here. That’s what all that stuff on ‘In A Priest Driven Ambulance’ is about y’know? Made a lasting impression y’all can tell, now they doing gummy bear skulls like some day of the dead type deal. A stern warning about how to conduct yourself I’d say. Now I think we’d be in for a bumper crop today but it seems the pivotal moment of the actual crucifixion don’t get as much songtime as you might think. Still, here’s a couple of totally righteous tunes from a couple of real favourites here at The Old Record Club for singing on your egg hunt around the yard.
